Minister of Education, Science and Technology, Hon. Prof. Adolf Mkenda (Mb) today September 5, 2022 has officially introduced to the Board and Management of the Higher Education Student Loans Board (HESLB) the team that will review the lending procedure for the past five years to see how to improve the procedure.
